New KPIs for WFM One Dialog "Operative Deployment Planning"

  • Current flextime balance: Calculates and displays the current flextime balance of an employee in hours and minutes.

  • Unplanned vacation of the calendar year: Displays the number of unplanned vacation days of an employee in the current calendar year.

PSP: New feature for displaying a set of rules for absence planning

A feature has been added to the PSP to display a set of rules for absence planning (vacation and absences) for employees. To do this, the filename of the used PDF is stored in a new planning area parameter. Employees can then access this PDF via a link displayed in the PSP. For configuration of this feature, please contact support (support@pli-solutions.com).

Employee Management does not display inactive employees

Employee Management now again displays all employees, active and inactive, according to one's own permissions and filters.

Rule Checks Table in Operational Deployment Planning is not displayed

In Operational Deployment Planning, the table for an overview of rule violations in the current period is now appropriately displayed or hidden in all permission configurations.

Issues with Copy & Paste of Events [16911]

Combining copy & paste of an event from one day to another caused issues in the planning calculation. This behavior has been fixed

Workplace and Qualifications Dialog does not stop loading when changing pages

The loading circle now disappears appropriately as soon as all data is loaded

Manually created staff is saved with import disabled

Manually created staff is now by default created with import enabled.

Dialog Activities - Definitions and Activities - Qualifications cannot be opened

The dialog activities - definitions and activities - qualifications can be reopened according to their permissions.

Operational Deployment Planning: Demand display is removed when no employee is available

The corresponding demand is now also displayed on days when no one is scheduled.

Double Counting of Individuals in Sum Row

If a shift is interrupted, for example by an intraday absence, the person is now only counted once in the total of attendances.
