Improvements¶
Tooltips for Additional Actions
Tooltips for the additional actions have been added in the Operational Deployment Planning at the bottom left. These help users to understand the function of the respective buttons more quickly.
Sorting in Participant List in Training Management
The participant lists in training management are now sorted alphabetically. First, the trainers are displayed, followed by the participants.
New favorites and entries in the quick booking bar are now added at the end
New favorites and entries in the quick booking bar are now added at the end and not at the very front. This ensures better clarity and prevents existing sortings from being mixed up.
“Approval” dialog moved to the Administration tab
The dialog for defining and assigning user profiles is now located under “Administration - User profiles” (previously “System - Approval - Planning”). It is now more appropriately organized and has a more meaningful name.
Operational Deployment Planning: Deleting Changes with the 'Del' Key
It is now possible to delete marked changes in Operational Deployment Planning by pressing the 'Del' key.
Staff Roster: Extension with new fields
Three new fields are available in WFM One:
- SSO User Name
- Shift Group
- Use of Email for PSP
Operational Deployment Planning: Separate Authorization for Scenarios
Access to the 'Scenarios' function can now be controlled via a separate role authorization. If you lack the authorization, even though you should have access to scenario planning, please feel free to contact your administrator or support.

Adjustments/ Modifications - Basic Dialog 'Activities'
New basic dialogs for the definition and maintenance of activities and for the assignment of qualifications to activities.
Operational Deployment Planning: Staff Finder
In Operational Deployment Planning, a staff finder for replacements can now be activated in the additional actions at the bottom left. When this is active, every time a booking (e.g. "Sick") is made, a popup opens in which an employee can be selected who steps in for the sick person and directly gets the corresponding combination of shift and workplace booked.
Operational Deployment Planning: New On-Call Filter
A new 'On-Call' filter is available in Operational Deployment Planning. If you cannot see this, please contact your administrator who can enable the necessary permissions for you.
New setting for the total row of requirements in Operational Deployment Planning
The total row for requirements in Operational Deployment Planning can now be shown or hidden via a separate setting ('Show total in header (requirements)') separate from the total row in planning. By default, the total row is deactivated and can be configured individually by each user as desired in the scheduler settings.
Bug Fixes¶
TRM: Conflict warning for training allocation always appears
The training management now correctly checks whether a potential date conflict for the training exists and displays it accordingly. If no conflict exists, it no longer unnecessarily indicates that conflicts could exist.
Employee Management - Account/Roles - Error in Permission Structure
In the tab "Account/Roles" of the employee management, the permissions now also apply when saving changes correctly. Only roles are displayed for selection, for which the currently logged in user is authorized. This ensures that no further rights can be granted than are available to the user himself.
Operational Deployment Planning - Needs: "Difference Line" does not apply or does not show the difference between actual and target.
The needs and capacities are now again summed up and displayed appropriately.
Scenario Planning - Information about changes by user is lost
The logging has been optimized. Now, for entries that arise from the publication of a scenario, the field 'Created by' no longer shows the user who published the scenario, but the user or automation that created the entry in its final form in the scenario, and in the field 'Last change' the user who published the scenario is still listed.
Operational Deployment Planning: Standby units cannot be inserted into the quick booking bar
It is now again possible to add standby units to the quick booking bar.
Operational Deployment Planning: Initial assignment of the quick booking bar not possible
It is now again possible to add an initial first entry to the quick booking bar
Operational Deployment Planning: Shifts cannot be booked via the planning popup [18001]
Shifts can now be booked again via the planning popup.
