New dialog for managing qualification requirements

New dialog for managing qualification requirements"

New Dashboard Tile 'Open Deployment Requests'

A new tile 'Open Deployment Requests' is available on the WFM One dashboard.

This displays the number of all open requests for which the current user is authorized. By double-clicking on the tile, you will be redirected to the absence request dialog.

Operational deployment planning

The summary row has been added for the following views:

  • By assignment workplace

  • By shift

  • By shift type

  • By organizational unit

Notes:

  • The summary row must be enabled in the scheduler settings (option: "Show total sum")

  • Currently not available in combination with scenario planning. This feature is on the roadmap and will be delivered in a future update, along with totals for additional views.

Additional Filters in Employee Master Data

  • Personnel Number 2 is now displayed in the employee master data and can be found using the free text search.

  • Shift group has been added as an additional filter.

Movability of opening windows

Popups are now movable

Employee Search with PNR

By popular request, we have added the personnel number to the personnel search dropdowns. For many planners, this is the clear and quick way to find employees.

This function can be deactivated upon request.

New Feature

Operational Deployment Planning: Marking of Resources upon Event Click

So far, resources (e.g. in the view by deployment workstation 'Employees') were only selected (marked in yellow) when the cells were selected. This now also happens when selecting events

Employee Search Now with Personnel Number

When working with WFM One, personnel numbers are primarily used to identify individuals. Therefore, the personnel number is now also displayed in the search, e.g. in dropdowns in Operational Deployment Planning or in the 'Absence Requests' dialog.

Operational Deployment Planning - New Feature in the Planning Popup 'Open Request'

In addition to the previous function of creating a new planning entry as an approved request, there is now the possibility to record open requests directly in the Operational Deployment Planning. These can then be processed, for example, in the 'Absence Requests' dialog, or directly in the Operational Deployment Planning.

The knowledge base (Help) and release notes are now accessible through the new icon in the navigation bar

Bug Fixes

Resolved a Bug that occurred when reloading the Absence Request dialog with an active shift group filter

Resolved a Bug that occurred when reloading the Absence Request dialog with an active shift group filter

Operational Deployment Planning: Context menu incorrectly shows "Edit" for requests

In the context menu of requests, only options relevant to requests are now visible.

Dashboard Tile: On-call Schedule Weekly View Does Not Show All Entries

The dashboard tile has been optimized so that related entries are now displayed as one entry. This saves space and provides a better overview.

Training Management: Expired qualifications are not delimited when adding participants

If a person's qualification, which is a condition for participating in the training, has expired before a training date, the person is no longer offered in the participant list for adding.
